You can place your order directly on-line or by telephone.
For telephone orders, your calls are welcome during working hours:

Order Confirmation

Expect a confirmation from our customer service team regarding placement and delivery of your order.
Once we receive your order, you will directly be notified by return email that your order was received and will be processed. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, please contact our customer service department. System crashes do occur, so it might be that we haven’t received your order!

DELIVERY POLICY:

We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are carried out strictly between 10 am and 10:00 pm (UAE time)
For deliveries inside Abu Dhabi and Dubai: Allow between 2 and 4 hours for delivery of all orders received by Exotica between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (UAE time) Saturday through Thursday.
For deliveries to Sharjah, Al Ain and all other Emirates, allow 24 hours for all orders received by Exotica between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm (UAE time) Saturday through Thursday.
Orders to be delivered on Friday or on an official holiday must be placed maximum by noon of the previous day except for July and August where Friday deliveries are not possible.
Delivery charges for inside and outside Abu Dhabi are as follows:

PEAK DELIVERY PERIODS:
- During public holidays or peak times like Valentine's Day and Mother's day, please order at least two days in advance. During the peak times, deliveries can only be specified as 'before noon' or 'afternoon'. We are sorry we cannot guarantee a specific time for the delivery.
PAYMENT FACILITIES:

We fully understand your concern about payment security and privacy, and assure you that payment online through our website is 100% safe and secure. The information you provide is automatically encrypted and cannot be read while transmitted over the net.

We accept Visa, Master, and American Express cards.
For secure on-line payment, only Visa and Master cards are accepted.

For payment through American Express, please click on the American Express icon. Then download our fax authorization form and fax us your credit card details to:
